About
Dr. Alexa Ray Gorda, DPM
Dr. Alexa Ray Gorda received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM) in Philadelphia. She went on to complete a three-year residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ, where she served as chief resident in her final year. Dr. Gorda loves podiatry because it is a field that allows her to combine technical skill with compassion and creativity in healing. Originally from Mount Laurel, Dr. Gorda now lives just one town over Medford, NJ. She earned her undergraduate degree from Haverford College, where she double-majored in Biology and Spanish and sang in an a cappella group. As her favorite “side gig” during school, she worked for a children’s entertainment company, bringing joy to countless birthday parties while dressed as various princesses. She and her husband are the proud parents of three daughters. Outside of work, Dr. Gorda is an avid reader and brings her Kindle nearly everywhere she goes. She and her family love spending weekends at the Jersey Shore, trying new restaurants, hosting themed costume parties, and making magical memories on their trips to Disney World.
